
Successful Pre-Central American and Caribbean Regatta in the Dominican Republic
The 2025 Central American and Caribbean Pre-Regatta was held from August 29 to 31 in Puntarena, Bani, Dominican Republic.
The event served as a test for the ILCA 6, ILCA 7, and Sunfish classes and awarded several countries spots for the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games, to be held at the same venue.

What is COCECAVE / CACSCO?
In English, CACSCO means the Central American & Caribbean Sailing Confederation.
In Spanish, COCECAVE stands for the Confederación Centroamericana y del Caribe de Vela.
COCECAVE/CACSCO is the organization responsible for promoting the sport of sailing in the region.

About the Organization
The Central American & Caribbean Sailing Confederation was established in October 1996 with the objective of promoting and developing the sport of sailing in the region.
COCECAVE is responsible for organizing:
